In the double digits baby!! Day 10 was squat day for me. Hit some crummy snatches and then:

1x8 at 355
2x5 at 380 (really hard)
2x3 at 405
Spent most of the night mobilizing, something I do not do enough of and will be doing VERY regularly from here in out!
