The last 400 of 2013 went well. Dedicated it to our US Army Special Forces as I was able to workout with my good friend JP who is a Special Forces medic (and my father who was a Green Baret in Vietnam).
I also hit a good conditioning session before, and then another later in the day. I am programming to make sure I fit in that weight belt without things hanging over...
