The 26th day and more conditioning! This was a great way to bring in the new year, an awesome workout with my fiancé!
Warmed up squats and then:
20 minutes of:
Minutes 1-5 -
1 squat at 405
10 meter sprints for remainder of minute
Minutes 6-10 -
3 power snatch at 155
Double unders for remainder of minute
Minutes 11-15 -
5 pull ups
Burpees for remainder of minute
Minutes 16-20 -
4 climb overs
Plank the remainder of minute
It feels really good to get back into the CrossFit style conditioning. I'll be doing these a lot more in my coming programming. And it was cool to mix in the squats!
