Back into training and hit my AM session with some snatch complexes and clean complexes. Mixed in sots presses and 1 1/4 front squat doubles up to 305 and then hit some squats (355x3 and 415x2).
My PM session had a lung burner of plenty of 250 meter rows, 10 burpees and 5 strict-ish chest to bar pull ups. Then bench press singles up to 315 (way, way too hard).
Not a bad day.
