I guess I'm officially into this whole thing now, just sort if seems like second nature to hit a heavy squat every day. Feels nice.
Went for some heavy singles on the deadlift getting up to something like 495 or 500. Felt slow but good. Then some heavy clean pulls to get my CNS amped for this Sundays weightlifting competition. I'll do some 400 and 200 meter repeats at the track tomorrow morning, then eat and mobilize the rest of the day!
