After a great session at the track (4x400, 3x300, 2x200, 1x100. Feeling a little more controlled, but have a LONG ways to go!) I hit my squats after some food and a little chill time.
Today was a perfect example of digging deep when I really did not want to move weights. My right hip is all sorts of wonky after the track, my IT bands feel like metal rods down the sides of my legs, all I wanted to do was sleep. But, gotta get the squats in!
Hit 410 and now it's chill and recover for tomorrow's big weightlifting event! 112 snatch and 148 clean and jerk are the goal!!
