Great workouts today, but totally forgot to squat until 10:30!
AM session was all sorts of body weight exercises after some fun on the agility ladder. Then hit 20 reps and 10 reps of power snatches at 145, burpees, hurdle jumps, and 10 meter sprints. Good times.
PM session had hang clean to clean and jerk (worked up to 130kg/286lbs), then push press doubles (worked to 115kg/255lbs), then some DB presses and bent rows.
Then finally hit the squats after eating Chinese food for the first time in probably 3 years. It was not good at all.
