Decided to hit the squats early today, after a fun bootcamp-y workout with a client. Back was tight but all went pretty well. And hit a few heavier, felt good.
In other news, still haven't made much progress in picking a good charity. I am setting a goal to have a good one picked by the end of January. I am open to suggestions!
