The two week delay in squats and posts came thanks to getting a severe enough injury that I spent two days in the hospital.
While I'm pretty damn committed to what I challenged myself to do, I definitely don't want to completely destroy my body. So, the few extra days I took were very worth it. But, I got back on it yesterday (no video to post here) and again today! Feeling good and excited to be back into it all.
And, with the two sets of 5 at 440 two weeks ago, and my three sets of 3 at 405 today, I think I more than made up for my missed days!!
