Level 1 - General Fitness
General Fitness programming that can performed almost anywhere with a base amount of equipment. Designed in 12-week cycles with the purpose of moving better, gaining general, full-body strength, and finishing with short, simple metabolic conditioning session.
I design a 5-day per week program and each session will look something like this:

- Strength Circuit
- Metabolic Conditioning (MetCon)

Level 2 - 1 Block

Training Blocks:
- CrossFit MetCon - using the General Fitness template, I add much more detailed progressions of metabolic conditioning for CrossFitters looking to step up their competitive fitness game
- Strength - squat, bench, deadlift focus with basic accessory for these specific lifts (can be used for powerlifting and building general strength)
- Weightlifting - focused progression on the snatch and clean and jerk with an emphasis on technique and general improvements Basic strength cycle included.
- Gymnastics - designed around the beginner with simple progressions to improve joint stability, and pulling and pressing strength.
- Strength Accessory - isolation, unilateral, and full body accessory from basic body building style circuits to complex exercises designed to improve overall balance in the body.
- Mobility - 30-60 minute mobility sessions designed around the fitness templates.
Price - $100 per month
Level 3 - 2 Blocks
- General Fitness Programming with TWO additional training blocks (choose from the below Block options) where you can get a much more detailed progression on a specific focus.
- Nutrition consultation and plan set up.
- One phone consultation per month.
