TRAINING WITH JOSH COURAGE

TIER 1 - BODYWEIGHT

This is the ultimate "no excuses workout".  Designed for those with little experience or who have been inactive for a little too long, this program is all about getting moving as simply as possible. Your body, a little space, 30 minutes, and a little drive is all you need to get rolling! 

You'll get four workouts per week, along with an active recovery day (posted every weekday on the Train Heroic app) each including a warm up, workout, and a cool down. 

Each day you'll receive notes on the program, videos, and modifications.

TIER 1 MAX - BODYWEIGHT

This is a step up from Tier 1. Each session will be around 45-60 minutes and includes more complex and dynamic exercises. 

You'll get five workouts per week (posted up every weekday on the Train Heroic app) each including a detailed warm up, a fun and challenging workout, and a stretching/mobility cool down. 

Each day you'll receive notes on the program, videos, and modifications.

TIER 2 - DUMBBELL

Grab a pair of dumbbells and get to work! You'll be surprised at the level of fitness you can achieve with just your body and a solid pair of DB's, and this program will prove it to you. 

You'll get five workouts per week (posted up every weekday on the Train Heroic app) each including a detailed warm up, an engaging workout, and a stretching/mobility cool down. 

Each day you'll receive notes on the program, videos, and modifications.

TIER 3 - GENERAL FITNESS

Got yourself all the equipment? Time to get on the popular team Courage program! This can be done at your fully equipped home gym, or at any gym around. 

You'll get five workouts per week (posted up every weekday on the Train Heroic app) each including a detailed warm up, a progressive strength program, MetCon, strength accessory, arms, core, and a stretching/mobility cool down. 

Each day you'll receive notes on the program, videos, and modifications.

TIER 3 - WEIGHTLIFTING

The incredibly effective Courage Barbell program is now available to all! It's been used by complete beginners, to casual lifters, to Nationally qualified athletes, to Record holders. From youth to Masters.

You'll receive five workouts per week, with a detailed barbell warm up, snatch and clean and jerk technique work, strength, and accessory. The program works through 8-12 week cycles.

Everyone registered will become members of Courage Barbell Club.
